Placing an order is simple! Browse our fabric collection, select your desired fabric, choose your color and number of suits, and click 'Add to Cart'. Each suit contains 3.5 meters of fabric. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, select your payment method, and confirm your order.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team immediately via WhatsApp or call our helpline. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you can use our return policy.

Our minimum order is 1 suit. Each suit contains 3.5 meters of fabric, which is enough for a complete Shalwar Kameez with some extra material for alterations. You can order multiple suits of the same fabric as needed.

Yes! For orders above 15 suits, we offer wholesale pricing. Contact us through our wholesale inquiry form or WhatsApp for special rates. We also work with tailors and boutiques on regular supply contracts.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Fabric must be uncut, unused, and in original condition. Once fabric has been cut or stitched, it cannot be returned. Sale items are eligible for exchange only.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange for a different color of the same fabric, subject to availability. The fabric must be uncut and in original packaging. Ship the original fabric back to us, and we'll send the replacement once we receive it.

We're sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged fabric. We'll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or full refund immediately.

Each fabric has specific care requirements. Generally: Wash & Wear can be machine washed, Cotton should be washed in cold water, Boski and Silk require dry cleaning, and Khaddar should be hand washed. Always follow the care instructions provided with your fabric.
