Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier service capacity, weather conditions, or public holidays. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation:
- COD orders: Processed immediately after order placement
- Prepaid orders (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer): Processed after payment verification
You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification at each stage — order placed, confirmed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your order through:
- Your account dashboard on our website
- The courier's tracking website using the provided tracking number
- Contacting us via WhatsApp for status updates
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take additional time.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside Pakistan, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package:
- The courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts
- If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned to us
- Please ensure your phone number and address are correct when placing your order
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged package and product immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
- Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until the claim is resolved
