Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Fabric must be uncut and unused
- Product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Product must be in the same condition as when you received it
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cut or stitched fabric
- Fabric that has been washed or altered in any way
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Items returned after the 7-day window
How to Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Approval
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Ship the Product
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong item received: If you received a different product than what you ordered, we'll send the correct one at no extra cost
- Manufacturing defect: If the fabric has a defect, we'll replace it free of charge
- Different color/fabric: Subject to availability, you may exchange for a different product (price difference may apply)
Exchange requests follow the same 7-day window and must meet the return eligibility conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer)
- COD orders are refunded via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Defective Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the defect
- We will arrange a free pickup and replacement
- No return shipping charges for defective items
- Full refund or replacement at your choice
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped:
- Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, we'll cancel it and restore the stock
- Prepaid orders will receive a full refund
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled — you'll need to follow the return process
